4½ months proper pre-sea
training including simulators. (Pre sea training fees does not include
refundable on-board training security deposit) Good and clean accommodation
(on requirement basis) All relevant documents and
certificates for sea career. 30~36 months training on
merchant ships as deck cadet earning stipend through Bibby Ship
Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Refundable security deposit for on-board
training to be paid separately to Bibby Ship Management at the time of
joining first ship.) Mentoring during
examinations conducted by foreign flag states.
