Capt. Sanjiv Verma
Master Mariner (Class 1 UK) – 32 years experience in Shipping, Vice Principal of the FOSMA Maritime Institute.
° Expertise in ship safety and security aspects
° Started the Liquefied Gas and Chemical tanker courses in Delhi
° Has addressed and advised institutions such as FICCI on maritime affairs
° Is the author of several published articles and has written course books for BITS Pilani and IGNOU distance learning programmes for deck cadets.
Recently:
° Is an active member of The Company of Master Mariners of India & Fellow of the Nautical Institute London.
° Is on the board of Examiners of Director General of Shipping for Pre Sea and Post Sea candidates.
Capt. Tajinder S Gill
Master Mariner (Class 1 UK) – 32 years experience in Shipping.
° Held various positions in the field of marine in Singapore, Dubai & Mumbai & has worked as vetting inspector, PNI surveyor & auditor.
° Presently MD of Great Enquest Marine, part owned by him. GEM are ship owners and charterers.

Capt. Sanjeev Dhanda
Master Mariner - 24 years of experience in shipping, worked as a consultant to set up multifaceted business lines:
° Distribution for Shell Lubricants.
° C & F for Tractor.
° Spares for Same Deutz Fahr Group covering the entire state of Uttar Pradesh.
° All India representative iCarnegie (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnegie Mellon University, U.S.A.).
Has extensive experience in working with multinationals and thus understands the importance of providing efficient services to meet set deadlines & targets.
Mr. Anant Patwardhan
BA (Hons) Economics, MBA (Finance), CA (Intermediate), LLB (Gen), A qualified Legal Consultant.
° Has presently got a running practice in Maharashtra for the last 25 years and is patronized by a distinguished clientele, both national and international.
Capt. Saurabh S. Vaid
Master Mariner (India) – 23 years experience in shipping, has experience of serving as nautical faculty for reputed training centres and Marine Superintendent with a Singapore based ownership Tanker company. Capt. Saurabh S. Vaid has vast sailing experience on different types of vessels (including about 4 years experience as MASTER) on Product & Chemical Tankers, OBOs &bulk carriers. He also has 2.5 months shipyard experience (new ship building).

Marine Superintendent - Served in Western Shipping Singapore in 2010-2011. As Marine Superintendent he was in charge of the Manning department (recruitment & training).

Teaching Experience:

Joined Applied Research International, New Delhi in 2004 as faculty & taught various subjects in post sea competency as well as modular courses. He was Course in charge LCHS (liquid cargo handling simulator) for both DGS approved and value added courses (mainly for Tanker Pacific Ship Management).

He was also employed by Anglo Eastern Maritime training centre, New Delhi in 2009 where he taught various tanker, modular and competency courses.

He has been actively involved in the preparation of course and assessment materials, lesson plans, exam papers, assignments for many of the courses mentioned.

Development of systems :

He has been involved in the designing of simulators when working for Applied Research International.

Pre- purchase Surveys:

He has experience of conducting pre-purchase surveys on behalf of various parties.

Pre- vetting & vessel attendance:

He has conducted pre-vetting inspections for various reputed shipping companies.

Onboard Trainer & Auditor:

He also has experience of delivering on-board training to ship-staff and carrying out shipboard audits when working for Aquarius services (subsidiary of Anglo Eastern Maritime training centre).
Capt. Vikash Kapur

Vessel Planning Manager

° Responsible to plan, manage and control the vessels under CSAV Charter. Responsible for vessel schedules, planning, agency & terminal coordination, Bunker planning and ship movement in direct coordination with Line, Agents & Master of vessels under your control, as well as monitoring vessel, Terminal and Agency performance
° Stowage Planning keeping in mind the vessel’s capacity, rotation, stability, stresses, lashing forces in conjunction with the vessel’s Command Planning and requisitioning bunkers as required
° Liaison with the vessel’s command
° Liaison with terminals for berthing windows, terminal productivity and stowage.
° Liaison with partner operators where a Vessel Sharing Agreement exists
° Maintenance of internal tools for administrative use e.g. schedules, administrative reporting, approval of costs/invoices related to ship operations
Mr. R. K. Shankar
Basically a Commerce Graduate from Madras University & subsequently did Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Annamalai University, having rich experience of 32 years in the field of Personnel & Human Resources.

Also did Lead Auditor Course in July 1996 registered by the IQA International Register of Certificated Auditors, Training for Trainers & Assessors (TOTA) course from Applied Research International Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.

And attended & participated Risk Management & Incident Investigation Course conducted by ABS Consulting at Mumbai in Feb 2006.

Professional Experience:

° Presently working as Sr. Manager (HR) / Lead Trainer with Oceans XV Nautical Services Pvt. Ltd., Lado Sarai, New Delhi
° Employed as Sr. Manager (Personnel) with Parivar Seva Sanstha, New Delhi - a premier NGO providing reproductive health services.
° Worked as Sr. Executive - HR with RPG Transmission Ltd. (recently merged with KEC International Ltd., Mumbai) for about 27years (Formerly known as SAE India Ltd., - an ABB Group) - a multinational Company taken over by RPG Group in the year 1995, engaged in the manufacture and erection of Power Transmission Line Towers with a turnover of more than Rs. 3000 crores.
